Make the future of dairy farming brighter

Lin for the Future is an international community of farmers and partners involved in animal nutrition. We all share a desire to promote a dairy model combining productivity, health and sustainability for large herds. We are dedicated to promote linseed as a natural solution to reach a sustainable dairy model. Our values are based on science, open-minded and team spirit. Experiences from the field are also very important for us.

Our ambition

Our community is a forum for forward-thinking exchanges between different players in the sector. We offer a place for exchange and training, to face up the various future issues. We animate different technical themes like:

Discover the benefits of our smart linseed

Our selected and pressure-cooked linseed brings a unique smart energy source for dairy cows. That makes it possible:

To safely increase yield, with better health and reproduction results, for a positive ROI for farmers

To decrease methane in ruminants

To increase efficiently omega 3 in final products

We’re getting plenty of older cows now coming into the herd so the herd is slowly building to more and more cow numbers not because we’re bringing more young stock in, its because we’re keeping more of the older cows and they’re getting on fifth and sixth lactations.

Partners making the future of dairy farming brighter with a range of brands

Founded in 1992, VALOREX studies the natural potential of oilseeds and protein-rich plants. We offer our capacity for innovation and production to all the agricultural players in order to make progress in animal and human nutrition. Our range is made up of highly nutritional feeds for livestock (cattle, poultry, pigs, sheep, etc.) for greater productivity and health. Present in more than 35 countries, we advocate an extraterritorial, reasoned and virtuous deployment, with local partners in Europe, Africa, Asia and America.

TRADILIN is VALOREX’s historic brand, and we have been developing it with our partners since the beginning.

Agrosom was founded by Konrad Lichtin in 2000. We have a strong focus on a good customers service within animal nutrition. We know how to approach farmers with specialized feeds and application concepts to ensure maximum success in animal nutrition.

Our core competence revolves around feed production and the creation of feed concepts based on linseed extrudates for all animal species. Building on the nutritional physiology of Omega-3 products, powder fats, lecithins and emulsifiers we strive to develop product concepts. We are specialists for high yielding dairy herds and are helping our customers with feeding rations, with help of analysis of fatty acid profile in the milk (milchblick, mjölkblick, maelkinfo). We started to work with Valorex in 2005.

We are a team of committed employees characterised by excellent customer service, high levels of flexibility and specialist knowledge on animal nutrition. Our geographical focus area is Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia.

Founded in 1980, NOACK is dedicated to supply high-quality, innovative products, latest technologies and solutions to the animal- and food producing industry. Being a partner of worldwide leading producers and active in the entire CEE region, NOACK provides to its customers tailor-made solutions in the areas of Animal Feed, Agro-Food-Diagnostics, Veterinary Diagnostics & Analytical Instruments in order to make our contribution to support high standards in Animal Nutrition & Food Safety.

EasyLin has been introduced to Noack via Trinova and then Konrad Lichtin in 2010. In 2012, Noack has been invitated to the Research days and the distribution partnership between Valorex and Noack started in 2014.

ForFarmers UK was founded as Pauls Agriculture in Ipswich in the early 19th century, initially to trade in malt and barley for the brewing industry. This expanded into the trading of maize and other foods for horses. From the early 1900s, we started to produce food for other animals too. Pauls Agriculture and BOCM Silcock merged in 1992 to form BOCM Pauls. The company is now branded ForFarmers. With sales of over 10 million tonnes of feed annually, ForFarmers is the market leader in Europe. The company operates in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland and the United Kingdom and is headquartered at Lochem in the Netherlands. We have a total of approximately 2,600 employees and annual turnover of around €2.5 billion. Lintec (as the Lin range is branded in the UK), has been part of the ForFarmers family since 2010.
